This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional looking to build experience in information security, compliance, audit management, and IT project coordination.\nThe ideal candidate is a hard worker, a quick learner, and someone who enjoys collaborating across teams to help drive compliance initiatives, support audit activities, and ensure customer security requests are addressed efficiently.\nKey Responsibilities\nCustomer Security Questionnaire Coordination\nManage the intake and tracking of customer security questionnaires and compliance requests.\nReview incoming requests and route them to the appropriate Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).\nMonitor progress and follow up with stakeholders to ensure established service level agreements (SLAs) are met.\nMaintain accurate records of questionnaire status and completion metrics.\nSupport the use of approved AI tools to improve compliance tracking, documentation, reporting, and project management workflow efficiency.\nIT Project Management Support\nAssist with IT project documentation, tracking, and reporting.\nPrepare monthly project status updates and progress reports.\nFollow up on action items, milestones, and deliverables with project stakeholders.\nSupport project governance activities and documentation management.\nGeneral Compliance and Governance Activities\nParticipate in special projects and additional audit, compliance, and security-related activities as assigned.\nContribute to continuous improvement efforts across compliance and governance processes.\nQualifications\nRequired\nBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, AIML, or a related field.\nStrong organizational and time management skills.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.\nStrong attention to detail and follow-through.\nAbility to use approved AI tools to support documentation, summarization, data organization, reporting, and the automation and optimization of routine tasks and workflows.\nAwareness of data privacy, confidentiality, and security considerations when using AI-enabled tools.\nBasic proficiency in coding languages such as Python to support task automation, data analysis, reporting efficiency, and process optimization.\nThe Team\nPitney Bowes (NYSE: PBI) is a global shipping and mailing company that provides technology, logistics, and financial services to more than 90 percent of the Fortune 500.
