This role owns end-to-end analytics delivery-spanning data modeling, reporting frameworks, and advanced analysis-to drive high-impact business decisions across SendTech. You will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, ensuring data is reliable, accessible, and actionable, while building a strong analytics foundation to support future advanced initiatives.\nKey Responsibilities\nPartner with senior stakeholders to drive data-informed decision making and translate business problems into analytical solutions\n\nLead and mentor a team of junior data analysts to deliver high-quality client data insights\n\nOwn and standardize end-to-end reporting frameworks and business-critical Power BI dashboards\n\nDesign and manage scalable data models across multiple data sources in Snowflake ecosystem\n\nEnsure data quality, governance, and performance optimization across reporting pipelines\n\nEstablish best practices for data governance, documentation, and quality\n\nDrive automation through robust ETL/ELT pipelines and modern data stack tools\n\nDevelop and deploy machine learning models to improve forecasting and client analytics\n\nEnable self-service analytics and improve data accessibility for business users\n\nCollaborate cross-functionally with Product, Finance, Sales, and Marketing teams\n\nRequired Qualifications & Skills\n9-13 years of experience in Analytics / BI / Data roles\n\nExpert SQL skills (complex querying, optimization, data modeling)\n\n5+ years of experience with BI tools (Power BI preferred; strong DAX and modeling)\n\n5+ years of experience in ETL/ELT and data engineering\n\n5+ years of experience in Machine Learning (model development, validation, deployment).\n\n5+ years of experience with Python for analytics and automation\n\nProven experience managing teams and mentoring analysts\n\nStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills\n\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\n\nProven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nPrior experience managing or mentoring a team.\n\nExperience in B2B analytics environments.\n\nExperience in AI-driven solutions and AI data agents development.\n\nExposure to shipping/logistics analytics is a plus.\n\nWhat Success Looks Like\nScalable, well-governed data models and reporting frameworks\n\nSignificant reduction in manual reporting through automation\n\nHigh-impact insights that influence strategic decisions\n\nImproved data reliability and stakeholder trust\n\nAbout Pitney Bowes\nPitney Bowes (NYSE:PBI) is a global technology company providing commerce solutions that power billions of transactions.
