You operate with executive presence, strong analytical rigor, and a bias toward shipping high-quality product that moves the business.\nYou Will\nOwn the product strategy for Production Shipping, defining vertical-specific roadmaps across pharma, retail, 3PL, and manufacturing.\n\nClose legacy gaps and advance our modern shipping platform to support high-volume, multi-DC, LTL/TL, and compliance-heavy workflows.\n\nDrive enterprise customer success for 400+ strategic accounts, ensuring retention, satisfaction, and alignment with roadmap priorities.\n\nPartner with field sales on consultative deals ($100K-$500K ACV), providing product expertise, demos, and ROI narratives.\n\nTranslate customer insight into clear requirements, user stories, and prioritization frameworks.\n\nLead cross-functional execution with engineering, design, partnerships, sales, and customer success to deliver roadmap commitments on time.\n\nMeasure business performance including revenue growth, activation, adoption, PSAT, and churn reduction.\n\nMaintain competitive intelligence and identify opportunities to extend Production Shipping capabilities across the Shipping 360 ecosystem.\n\nYou Bring\nEnterprise product management experience: 6-10 years in product, including 3+ years in logistics, supply chain, or shipping tech.\n\nDeep domain expertise in production shipping workflows, multi-location fulfillment, carrier routing, LTL/TL, and optimization concepts.\n\nVertical knowledge in at least one segment (pharma, retail, 3PL, manufacturing).\n\nExecutive-level communication with comfort presenting to VP/C-suite stakeholders and guiding strategic accounts.\n\nFull product lifecycle ownership including research, competitive analysis, requirements, launch, and adoption.\n\nPlatform thinking with the ability to balance scalability and customization.\n\nCross-functional leadership across engineering, design, sales, customer success, and partnerships.\n\nAnalytical rigor: data-driven decision making, ROI modeling, usage analytics, and customer metrics.\n\nBonus Points\nExperience with multicarrier parcel management, enterprise TMS/WMS, or ERP/WMS integrations (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Manhattan).\n\nBackground in pharma compliance (21 CFR Part 11), POD workflows, or healthcare integrations.\n\n3PL platform experience (multi-tenant, client billing).\n\nLed large-scale migrations from legacy to modern platforms.\n\nInterest in AI/ML for carrier selection, network optimization, or predictive shipping.\n\nInternational shipping experience (duties, taxes, cross-border carriers).\n\nCompensation\nThe wage range for this position is $150,000-180,000 per year, with the actual pay dependent on your skills, experience, and location as they relate to the job requirements.
