You will work closely with our Customer Success team to onboard new customers, track their progress and proactively guide them towards achieving their business goals using our tools.\n\nYour responsibilities will go beyond answering questions - you will learn how to analyse customer usage data, identify opportunities for improvement, and assist in creating resources that make our products easier to use and more impactful. You will also work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to develop internal processes utilising AI tools, providing product recommendations, giving you a front-row seat to how a fast-growing SaaS company operates.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nSupport the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring they are set up for success.\n\nAssist in monitoring customer activity and identifying opportunities to improve adoption.\n\nRespond to customer enquiries via chat, email and calls in a professional, timely manner.\n\nHelp prepare training materials, user guides, and resources to improve customer experience.\n\nWork with the product team to relay customer feedback and suggest improvements.\n\nAssist in setting up automated customer engagement workflows using AI tools\n\nSupport Customer Success Managers in preparing account reviews and reports.\n\nRequirements\n Qualifications & Requirements\n\nPursuing a Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Communications, IT, Data Analytics, or related disciplines.\n\nDiploma/Degree students from other fields are welcome if you have a strong interest in customer service, technology, and SaaS.\n\nGood English communication skills, both written and verbal.\n\nComfortable working with data, reports, and digital tools.\n\nWilling to learn and experiment with AI tools and new technologies.\n\nProactive, curious, and eager to learn and grow.\n\nGood problem-solving and interpersonal skills.\n\nAble to work well in a fast-paced startup environment.\n\nWhat We
