PITT OHIO offers career opportunities within a company that values hard work, teamwork and integrity.\nSchedule\nMonday-Friday\n7:30 AM- 4 PM\nWhat PITT OHIO Offers\nCompetitive pay\nExcellent benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)\nPaid time off and holidays\nA respectful, people first work environment\nWell-maintained equipment\nIf you’re looking to join a company with a strong culture and a commitment to its employees, PITT OHIO is the place for you.\nResponsibilities\nPerform general building maintenance tasks as required\nDesign and construct necessary components for building remodels and projects\nPerform preventative maintenance on properties, building, and related equipment\nMaintain vendor information - for bid requests; emergency contacts\nReact to change productively and handle other tasks as assigned\nOther Duties\nPerform snow removal during the winter season\nPerform general landscaping and lawn care as necessary\nMaintain inventory of essential supplies and location specific products for job efficiency\nQualifications\nStrong Technical Training in Building Trades (i.e. Carpentry)\nBuilding Engineer experience preferred\nComputer skills for email communications and additional basic skills to perform job\nMust have a valid drivers license and meet hiring/retention criteria\nAttention to detail and problem solving skills are essential\nDexterity a must\nMust be able to work in a physically demanding environment\nMay require outside work in extreme weather conditions\nMust have good communications skills\nMust be able to manage a project\nMust meet the medical standards of the U.S. Department of Transportation\nMust satisfactorily pass a drug test\nWorking Conditions/Physical Requirements\nWill require outside work in extreme weather conditions\nHeavy physical work - regularly required to walk, move heavy objects using pallet jacks or dolleys, climbing, lifting heavy objects up to 50 pounds without assistance and more than 50 pounds with assistance. Required to kneel, stoop, bend, crouch or crawl.\nClose visual acuity is required to perform activities such as manipulate small items, determine the distance between objects, and differentiate between colors, shades, and brightness.\nTypical exposure to interior environmental conditions like air conditioning and dust; no substantial exposure to adverse environmental conditions.\nManual dexterity is regularly required including fingering, grasping, and typing; manual dexterity includes repetitive motion of the wrists, hands, and fingers.\nMust be able to use tools and machinery to perform job functions building items, adjusting equipment, and repairing equipment.\nTalking and hearing required to communication with and listen to others to share or receive information.
