The ideal candidate will bring an entrepreneurial mindset and a proactive approach to learning, ensuring continuous improvement in driving revenue growth, operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.\nAs Associate, Market Operations, you will play a crucial role in optimizing subscription management, utility partnerships, customer experience and SunCentral platform development, while also identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, streamline processes and ensure high-quality outcomes. You’ll work closely with multifunctional project teams to manage and drive community solar subscription revenue for Pivot Energy and our clients. In this capacity, you'll be responsible for adhering to standard operating procedures, managing community solar data, supporting customers, reporting business results, escalating issues, proposing solutions and supporting other projects as assigned by your manager.\nThis position requires an individual who is business focused, customer-centric, process-oriented, data-driven, and capable of balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment\nPRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES\nManage community solar subscriptions, projects, programs and utility relationships within assigned community solar markets.\nSet monthly subscription allocation strategies to comply with program rules, optimize revenue, mitigate attrition, and reduce payment risk. \nReview and approve monthly utility data to ensure accurate calculation of subscription revenue, subscriber savings, and bill credit transfer invoices.\nEnsure full compliance with all applicable community solar program rules, consumer protection policies and financier related requirements.\nExecute monthly revenue reporting and subscription bill credit invoice cycle.\nCommunicate with customers and utility contacts to efficiently resolve community solar subscription issues.\nSupport third-party client relationships and related community solar subscription service agreements as applicable.\nContribute to a high-performing, collaborative and results-driven team culture.\nREQUIRED COMPETENCIES\nMinimum 1+ years of community solar industry experience preferred\nDemonstrated ability to improve processes, troubleshoot, implement solutions, and deliver high-quality business results.\nExceptional interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building trust and rapport.\nNaturally curious, self-directed, and able to work
