HR Service Delivery Management\nOversee end-to-end HR shared services operations including onboarding, offboarding, employee records management, documentation, payroll coordination, leave administration, and benefits support.\nEnsure delivery of HR services in line with defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).\nMonitor service performance metrics and improve turnaround times.\nStandardize processes across business units to ensure consistency.\n2. Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement\nDevelop, review, and implement HR SOPs and workflows.\nIdentify inefficiencies and drive process automation.\nImplement Lean/continuous improvement initiatives within HR operations.\nLead HR systems optimization (HRIS, employee self-service platforms).\n3. HR Systems & Data Management\nEnsure data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality within HRIS.\nOversee reporting and analytics for HR leadership.\nDrive digital transformation within HR operations.\nMaintain audit-ready employee records.\n4. Compliance & Governance\nEnsure HR operations comply with labor laws, internal policies, and corporate governance standards.\nManage audits related to HR documentation and processes.\nMitigate operational and compliance risks within HR services.\n5. Stakeholder & Business Partnering\nServe as the primary operational liaison between HR Business Partners and business units.\nCollaborate with Finance for payroll accuracy and headcount reporting.\nProvide operational HR insights to leadership for workforce planning.\nAddress employee service-related escalations effectively.\n6.
