to filter candidates within schedule\nAssess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes\nMonitor and apply HR recruiting best practices\nProvide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team\nAct as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process\nBe a champion of the company’s “best place to work” reputation.\nQualifications:\nProven work experience as a Recruiter for engineering and other disciplines including software, web development and embedded (either as an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)\nHands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference checks, etc)\nFamiliarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)\nHands-on experience with recruiting software, including LinkedIn Recruiter, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS)\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills\nStrong decision-making skills\nBS/MS in Human Resources Management or related, or commensurate related
