satisfy client expectations and conform to all departmentalperformance metrics, both financial and otherwise.\nResponsibilities\nFace of the project to clients, managing the client relationship with effectivecommunication and instilling trust, running productive meetings anddistilling information quickly\nManages full project life cycle from initiation to closeout and delivers projectfinancial/status reporting, ensuring the project is completed on time andwithin budget\nManaging project resources and trade-offs between scope, quality, time andcost\nAssist the pre-sales team with project scoping and writing SOWs & ChangeRequests\nAuthor and maintain appropriate project documentation, tracking anddashboarding throughout the project lifecycle, as relevant to the applieddelivery methodology (agile, waterfall, watergile)\nProactively identify and track scope, budgetary and resource risks andensure they are escalated and mitigated accordingly\nEstablish success feedback\nUtilize existing relationships to look for new opportunities to grow Pivotree'sbusiness and expand existing accounts\nAbility to travel and attend client on sites as required (e.g. project kick-offs,quarterly steerco’s and other key milestones)\nRequirements\n5+ years of relevant experience in the eCommerce, Product Content/Data,Supply Chain or Business Strategy/Consulting fields\nExperience of multiple Project Management methodologies and deliveryapproaches (Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, Waterfall)\nExperience of using DevOps tools and techniques within an Agileenvironment (Jira)\nExperience of successfully delivering a portfolio of multiple concurrentprograms and projects\nExperience with large scale PIM, MDM, eCommerce and Supply Chainsoftware implementation\nFamiliarity with Master Data Management concepts (data hierarchies,taxonomies, schema & attribution, relational data, meta data, classification)\nWorking knowledge of MDM tools an advantage (STIBO,Precisely/EnterWorks, Syndigo/Riversand, Informatica)\nProven experience of managing, leading and motivating project teams\nProven experience managing, tracking, and forecasting budgets andfinancials for large scale, $multi-million programs and projects\nProven ability and success in developing strategic relationships andcommunicating effectively with senior execs and key client stakeholders\nAbility to quickly understand core project goals and deliverables andcommunicate those objectives clearly and confidently across all levels ofstakeholder, both internal and external\nExceptional organizational, planning and time management skills\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills\nExceptional documentation, reporting and presentation skills (Google Suite,MS
