You lead Lead Project Managers assigned to individual workstreams. You bring strong stakeholder management and risk discipline to every project, and you use AI-assisted tools to accelerate status reporting and risk analysis while maintaining the judgment that keeps projects genuinely on track.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nOwn end-to-end delivery for assigned client projects: scope, schedule, budget, resourcing, and quality.\nLead Project Managers assigned to individual workstreams; ensure alignment and consistent governance.\nDefine and maintain project plans, RAID logs, and governance structures appropriate to project complexity.\nApply AI-assisted analytics to track schedule variance and resourcing risk; validate all AI-generated risk flags with project management judgment before acting.\nLead project status meetings and steering committee updates; communicate progress, risks, and decisions clearly to stakeholders.\nUse AI writing assistance to accelerate status reports and steering committee materials; review and validate all AI-generated content before distribution.\nManage project financials: budget tracking, forecasting, and margin performance for assigned engagements.\nOwn risk and issue management: proactively identify risks and drive mitigation before they impact delivery.\nPartner with Business Analysts, Architects, and engineering teams to ensure delivery stays aligned to scope and quality standards.\nManage client relationships day-to-day, building trust through transparent communication and consistent delivery.\nMentor Portfolio Coordinators and Project Managers on delivery discipline and AI tool usage.\n\nWHAT GOOD LOOKS LIKE\nAnalysis: Identifies project risks and interdependencies before they become delivery issues. Uses AI-assisted analytics to accelerate risk identification, but applies project judgment before acting.\nCustomer Orientation: Manages the project around the client's real business outcomes, not just the contracted scope.\nDecisiveness: Makes clear decisions on scope trade-offs and resourcing without unnecessary delay.\nOrganizing Work: Governs a project with clear milestones, dependencies, and reporting cadences.\nWorking with Others: Builds trust with client stakeholders and cross-functional delivery teams.\nDeveloping Others: Mentors Portfolio Coordinators and Project Managers on delivery discipline and AI tool usage.\nInitiative: Identifies project risks and process improvements proactively; brings proposals to delivery leadership.\nAI-First Mindset: Uses AI tools to accelerate risk analysis, status reporting, and steering committee materials.
