As a Senior Java Software Engineer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing and implementation of complex product features for a payment system. This will involve creating and maintaining features for a complex payment system developed using Java. You will be required to understand the given requirement, perform high level gap analysis, propose solutions to senior architects and deliver high quality product that will enhance customer experience. You will also contribute to design discussions, troubleshoot technical issues, and mentor junior team members.\n\nParticipate in product and implementation design\nTake full ownership of product modules\nEnsure to deliver functionally complete product with good quality\nBe a good team player and contribute to creating a good work culture\nContribute to sprint planning, estimation, prioritization, dependency & risk management.\nImplement dev process in genuine spirit, with a mindset of continuous improvement.\nIdeate, suggest to tech folks and also engineering/business management.\nDeepen tech & domain knowledge to be contributing to product IP.\nEnjoy the process of creating a product\n\nQualifications\nMandatory- Minimum 4+ years of experience in software development\nStrong experience in Software Design, Development, and Programming\nAbility to develop product feature from high level requirement\nStrong analytical skill and ability to quickly learn the domain and product functionalities.\nPast experience in implementing product features and performing gap analysis.\nExcellent grasp of OOPs, Component Technology and Design Patterns\nFluent in programming with Java on Unix platform with any industry standard database\nAbility to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code\nExcellent problem-solving and debugging skills\nGood understanding of software design principles and patterns\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field\n\nNOTE : Please REFRAIN from SENDING PERSONAL MESSAGES.
