You are the technical anchor of our sales team, architecting the specific configurations that allow clients to unlock the full value of our fraud detection and digital trust solutions.\nOur Forward Deployment Engineers operate as a team of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). You'll be assigned a specific Product Line (e.g., Data Feeds, Analytics, or Compliance) and deployed to sales calls when clients have needs in your domain. You act as the critical feedback loop between the market and Core Engineering while driving trial conversions and revenue for your product.\nWhat You’ll Do\nSales Technical PartnershipServe as the technical authority for your assigned product on every sales call\nValidate technical feasibility, answer architectural questions, and remove blockers\nEnsure clients feel technically confident moving forward with deals\n\nMicro-Product ManagementOwn a specific product line as its deep SME in the field\nManage the technical roadmap for your product within each sales opportunity\nCollaborate with other FDEs when clients need multiple product integrations\n\nPre-Launch Customer ValidationServe as the gatekeeper for product relevance within your assigned product line\nSecure direct customer feedback before any feature launches\nValidate solutions with live clients to ensure they solve actual business problems\n\nEnd-to-End Trial OwnershipOwn technical accountability for your product line within each account\nWork as part of the FDE Integration Team to ensure complete client integration\nRemain engaged until your product is live, stable, and proving value\n\nLast Mile Solution ArchitectureTranslate client's unstructured problems into clean Pixalate configurations\nMap specific data fields and business logic to our platform\nEnsure clients are actually protected in their specific environment\n\nUse Case Definition & DeliveryAuthor a specific Use Case Document for every engagement\nDefine exactly how the client applies Pixalate to their business (e.g., \"Filtering IVT on Mobile App Traffic\")\nEstablish the official \"Definition of Done\" for each trial\n\nChurn Risk MitigationServe as the first line of defense against churn\nManually verify that data flowing into client dashboards matches the promised Use Case\nEnsure clients experience their \"Aha!\" moment-seeing specific dollar savings or risk avoided-before contract signing\n\nPost-Integration HandoffFacilitate detailed technical transfer to Customer Success after contract signing\nDocument custom configurations and Use Cases for ongoing support\n\nRequired Qualifications\nTechnical FoundationStrong understanding of data integration, APIs, and system architecture\nExperience translating business requirements into technical configurations\nFamiliarity with ad tech, fraud detection, or digital analytics platforms required\n\nCommunication & CollaborationExcellent verbal and written communication skills for client-facing interactions\nAbility to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders\nExperience working cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, and Product teams\n\nProblem-Solving SkillsProven ability to diagnose and resolve complex integration challenges\nTrack record of creative problem-solving in ambiguous technical environments\nStrong documentation and process definition skills\n\nPreferred QualificationsAt least 3 - 4 years of experience in AdTech, programmatic advertising, or digital fraud detection.\nBackground in solutions engineering, technical consulting, or pre-sales engineering.\nFamiliarity with CTV, mobile app analytics, or data feed integrations.\nExperience with trial management and customer success metrics.\nUnderstanding of IVT (Invalid Traffic) or ad fraud concepts.\n\nWe're particularly interested in candidates who thrive at the intersection of technical depth and customer empathy.
