The two Cafes hold the highest standard of excellence for the Film Studio members.\nSKILLS:\nAble to work in a variety of stations\n\nStrong knife skills with precision technique\n\nAbility to follow and execute recipes\n\nOrganized worker\n\nSelf-starter\n\nQUALIFICATIONS:\nA minimum of 3 years of experience in kitchen preparation and cooking, fine dining preferred\n\nMust be able to communicate clearly with managers, kitchen and dining room personnel, and studio guests\n\nDemonstrated excellence in guest service skills: reliable, consistent, informative and pleasant\n\nAble to work in a variety of stations with proper and proficient cooking techniques for the Grill, Sauté, Pizza oven and Garde manger.\n\nPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:\nVerbal communication, including speech and response to spoken questions\n\nAble to work in a continuously-standing position for five or more hours\n\nAble to work with hands continuously\n\nFrequent bending, stooping, and lifting of objects up to 50 pounds\n\nThe hiring range for this position in Emeryville is $20.34 to $25.54 per hour.
