By serving as a trusted point of reference for employees, they will help strengthen organizational capabilities, develop future leaders, and ensure that the workforce possesses the skills and flexibility necessary to successfully support the plant’s ever-evolving business needs.\nStaff Development\nWorking with the other production supervisors, to create and maintain a comprehensive skills matrix for all production associates.\nIdentify skills gaps and define action plans to address them.\nDevelop individual development plans for operators.\nCollaborate with the other production supervisors, HR and the plant manager to define career development paths.\n·Support succession planning for key roles in production.\nMonitor the workforce’s readiness to adopt new technologies, products,\nand processes.\nTraining and Learning \nDesign and coordinate onboarding programs for new production employees. \nImplement structured cross-training initiatives to increase workforce flexibility. \nManage certification and qualification programs. \nMeasure the effectiveness of training through performance metrics and operational results. \nPromote a culture of continuous learning throughout the organization.\nPerformance and Continuous Improvement \nResponsibility for scheduling shifts and monitoring time-related goals \nMonitor key metrics, including Skill coverage \nCross-training levels \nInternal promotions \nTraining effectiveness \nChurn and retention rates \n\nEmployee engagement metrics\nHelp identify high-potential employees and future leaders. \nAnalyze workforce data to identify opportunities for improvement. \nUpdate the risk matrix to ensure engagement, minimize turnover, and strengthen production output. \nSupport the plant manager in decisions related to workforce
