The intern will support project coordination, client communications, campaign planning and execution across a 3–6 month internship.\nRequirements\nResponsibilities:\n\nAssist Account Executives in managing client projects and day-to-day communications\n\nAttend client meetings and take meeting notes with action items\n\nCoordinate with designers, content writers, video creators, and paid advertising specialists\n\nTrack project timelines and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule\n\nPrepare meeting agendas, presentations, proposals, and reports\n\nFollow up with clients regarding feedback, approvals, and required materials\n\nOrganise project documents, creative assets, and client files\n\nAssist in campaign planning, execution, and post-campaign reporting\n\nSupport the team with administrative and coordination tasks\n\nQualifications:\n\nCurrently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, Public Relations, or a related field\n\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\n\nHighly organised and detail-oriented\n\nEnjoys interacting with people and building relationships\n\nCan manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment\n\nProactive, responsible, and eager to learn\n\nFamiliar with Google Workspace\n\nBonus: experience coordinating school projects, events, or clubs\n\nBonus: excellent presentation skills\n\nBonus: familiar with Trello or other project management tools\n\nBonus: understands basic digital marketing and social media platforms\n\nCan communicate in Mandarin
