We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, cost-effective, and seamless digital transformation programs to facilitate sustainable governance.\n\nKnow more about us:\n\nwww.pixelvide.com\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n- Define and drive product strategy, roadmap, priorities, and delivery plans.\n\n- Manage the complete product lifecycle from requirements and discovery to development, launch, and continuous improvement.\n\n- Understand government/client requirements and translate them into clear product requirements and actionable plans.\n\n- Lead client meetings, requirement workshops, product demonstrations, reviews, and escalations.\n\n- Lead and coordinate Product, Engineering, QA, UI/UX, and other cross-functional teams.\n\n- Manage Jira backlogs, sprint planning, timelines, dependencies, risks, and releases.\n\n- Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of products and modules.\n\n- Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and delivery outcomes.\n\n- Mentor and develop product and technology teams while ensuring accountability and effective execution.\n\nRequired Experience & Skills:\n\n- 6+ years of overall experience, including 5+ years of Product Management experience.\n\n- Proven experience in developing and managing at least 3 products end-to-end.\n\n- 2 - 3+ years of client-facing and stakeholder-management experience.\n\n- 3+ years of hands-on Jira experience in backlog management, sprint planning, tracking, and reporting.\n\n- Experience managing technical/cross-functional teams.\n\n- Strong understanding of Product Strategy, Product Discovery, Roadmapping, Prioritization, Agile/Scrum, and Product Delivery.\n\n- Telugu speaking is mandatory; strong English communication is required.\n\nIdeal Candidate:\n\nWe are looking for a senior product and operations leader with proven experience in product management, technology delivery, and client management, preferably in e-Governance or government technology environments. The ideal candidate should have a strong Product Management and client-facing experience.
