Join Pixid, a leading platform in the temporary work industry, as a Senior Frontend Developer. In this role, you will be responsible for migrating existing Angular and mobile applications to React and React Native, establishing frontend standards and best practices, and contributing to the development of modern frontend applications. You will work closely with Product Owners, Backend Developers, and the Product and Design teams to create high-quality user experiences.
Missions
- Définir et piloter les normes de développement frontend pour les applications React et React Native, établir des processus de révision de code et des directives de qualité partagées.
- Diriger les mises à niveau de version de React dans l'ensemble du portefeuille d'applications, assurer des migrations fluides grâce à des stratégies de test robustes.
- Établir et maintenir un objectif de couverture de test d'au moins 80 %, promouvoir le développement piloté par les tests (TDD) et le développement piloté par le comportement (BDD).
Profil recherché
* You have 6+ years of frontend development experience, including at least 4 years working with React and React Native.* You have successfully led React migration projects within complex or enterprise environments.
* You have strong expertise in frontend testing strategies (Jest, Playwright) and test coverage best practices.
* You have hands-on experience with multi-application/monorepo architectures (Nx, Lerna, Yarn Workspaces).
* You are experienced in designing and maintaining design systems and reusable component libraries.
* You use Storybook as a central tool for component development, documentation, and quality assurance.
* You have a strong UX mindset and are comfortable challenging product decisions to improve the user experience.
* You are proficient with React state management patterns (React Context, etc.).

* Experience with micro-frontend architectures (Module Federation, Single-SPA).
* Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA).
* Expertise in frontend performance optimization (Core Web Vitals, bundle optimization).
* Experience with frontend CI/CD pipelines.
* Comfortable collaborating with backend engineers in a cross-functional, product-oriented team.
