working with React and React Native.* You have successfully led React migration projects within complex or enterprise environments.\n* You have strong expertise in frontend testing strategies (Jest, Playwright) and test coverage best practices.\n* You have hands-on experience with multi-application/monorepo architectures (Nx, Lerna, Yarn Workspaces).\n* You are experienced in designing and maintaining design systems and reusable component libraries.\n* You use Storybook as a central tool for component development, documentation, and quality assurance.\n* You have a strong UX mindset and are comfortable challenging product decisions to improve the user experience.\n* You are proficient with React state management patterns (React Context, etc.).\n### ⭐ Nice to Have\n* Experience with micro-frontend architectures (Module Federation, Single-SPA).\n* Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA).\n* Expertise in frontend performance optimization (Core Web Vitals, bundle
