the following:\n\nBuild AI-driven Applications: \nDevelop AI-powered workflows using LLMs and domain-specific models.\nBuild conversational agents that interact with borrowers across the web, SMS, voice, and email.\nImplement prompt engineering, retrieval systems, and model orchestration.\n\nFull Stack Development: \nBuild scalable backend APIs and services.\nDevelop user interfaces for internal operations and customer workflows.\nIntegrate with external APIs and financial data platforms.\n\nData and AI Integration: \nBuild pipelines that ingest and enrich business data.\nImplement systems using structured and unstructured data.\nWork with vector databases and knowledge retrieval systems.\n\nSystem Architecture: \nDesign scalable services using modern cloud infrastructure.\nOptimize system performance and reliability.\nImplement secure data handling practices.\n\nCollaboration: \nWork closely with product, analytics, and AI teams.\nParticipate in architecture discussions and technical design.\nContribute to rapid prototyping and experimentation.\n\nRequirements: \n3-5 years experience in software engineering.\nStrong experience in Python and/or Node.js .\nExperience building backend APIs and microservices.\nExperience with React / Next.js / modern frontend frameworks.\nFamiliarity with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc. ).\nExperience with REST APIs and third-party integrations.\nExperience with SQL / NoSQL databases.\nExperience working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).\n\nPreferred Qualifications: \nExperience building AI applications using LLMs.\nFamiliarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks.\nExperience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS).\nExperience with data pipelines and ETL workflows.\nExposure to fintech, lending, or financial data systems.\nExperience with real-time communication platforms (Twilio, messaging APIs).\n\nTech Stack (What You'll Work With): \nLanguages:
