If you are passionate about home improvement and eager to learn, we want to hear from you!\nPay: Starting hourly rate between $18-$20 an hour, with bonus opportunities based on performance.\nSchedule: Monday to Friday, with a standard day shift and potential for overtime.\nJob Duties\n Assist experienced installers with residential bathroom remodeling projects, specializing in acrylic bath and shower systems. \n Learn to safely remove existing tubs, showers, and surrounding materials. \n Prepare work areas by protecting customers' homes and ensuring a clean, organized job site. \n Measure, cut, and install acrylic wall systems, tubs, shower bases, trim, and accessories under supervision. \n Load, unload, and transport tools, materials, and equipment to and from job sites. \n Operate hand and power tools safely while following company safety standards. \n Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle, tools, and work area. \n Assist with basic plumbing adjustments, carpentry, and finishing work as directed by the lead installer. \n Communicate professionally with homeowners and provide exceptional customer service throughout each project. \n Follow installation procedures and quality standards to ensure every bathroom is completed correctly and efficiently. \n Attend training sessions and actively develop the skills needed to become a skilled bathroom installer. \n Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects on schedule while maintaining high-quality workmanship.\nRequirements\nJob Requirements:\nStrong interest in construction and home improvement.\nNo prior experience necessary; we are willing to train the right candidates.\nAbility to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment.\nMust be physically capable of lifting up to 75 lbs.\nGood math skills for accurate measurements and calculations.\nStrong communication skills and a focus on customer service.\nWillingness to work overtime or weekends as needed.\nBenefits\nBenefits:\nAt P.J.
