Follow the Company Polices and Procedures and notify Management when needed to retain the integrity of the Company.\nYOU'LL DO:\nReview home improvement contracts for accuracy of job specifications (i.e., sizes, colors, styles) and perform complete and accurate pre-construction activities, including technical measure.\nFunction in a customer-facing support role, provides face-to-face, phone and email support to customers, troubleshoots complex customer issues; provides creative solutions to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.\nAccurately measure Products, complete Product order, develop labor estimate and specify additional supplies needed for the project.\nCommunicate with customer and crew to resolve conflicts discovered during measure, installation and service.\nEnsure customers understand the installation process and provide answers to customer questions.\nMonitor and help the installation of jobs and ensures company quality standards are maintained and superior customer service is provided for the entire life-cycle of customer jobs.\nLift base showers or tubs and crushed marble panels ( must be able to lift over 75lbs)\nWill be on your feet 6-9 hours a day\nComplete services when necessary.\nCollect final payments and appropriate documentation from customers upon job completion.\nEnsure company vehicle is maintained in a neat, stocked, and clean manner.\nComplete OSHA Safety Course\nShow up on time and be ready to work each day\nResponsible for keeping their work area clean\nRequirements\nGENERAL:\nResponsible for installing Bath products and setting the pace and tone of each job given to the team, according to the work order, Manufacturer guidelines and quality and safety guidelines.
