You would help strengthen referral relationships, enhance the client journey, bring the firm's brand to life, and support the execution of our overall marketing strategy.\nYour duties as a Marketing & Client Experience Coordinator would include the following:\nDevelop and manage relationships with referral partners, community organizations, and strategic partners through outreach, networking, and ongoing engagement.\nManage and oversee client and referral partner appreciation initiatives, including gifting, reviews, and other relationship-building efforts.\nOversee the coordination of seminars, lunch-and-learns, webinars, networking events, sponsorships, and community events.\nCapture, edit, and produce photo and video content, including short-form videos, Reels, attorney interviews, and other promotional content.\nManage marketing campaigns and content across social media, email, digital, print, the firm's website, and other marketing channels.\nChampion and elevate the client experience across the entire journey, from the initial hello and consultation through the signing ceremony and thoughtful follow-up communications that nurture long-term client relationships.\nEnsure the firm's brand standards are met across client experiences, events, communications, and marketing materials.\nResearch referral opportunities, community partnerships, market trends, AI tools, and other opportunities to support the firm's continued growth.\nAs a team player, support the Director of Marketing and assist with other marketing, communications, and business development initiatives as necessary.\nAs you get to know our clients, referral partners, and community, you will establish relationships with them and play a large role in ensuring that every interaction with our firm is a positive and memorable one.
