# Associate General Counsel

Flexible Work Arrangement: Hybrid - The primary location for this position is Audubon, PA The Associate General Counsel provides internal legal support for PJM and is responsible for coordinating and managing the regulatory compliance activities of PJM to accomplish its business objectives. Through leadership and teamwork, the Associate General Counsel assures appropriate legal interests are achieved in a manner consistent with evolving Federal Energy Regulatory Commission ("FERC") policies, applicable state utility regulations and PJM's Core Values. Essential Functions: Reports to the Executive Vice President, General Counsel on the status and development of applicable federal and state laws and regulations and PJM’s compliance therewith. Represents PJM in proceedings before FERC, including rulemakings, complaints, tariff filings and compliance filings. Serves as primary legal liaison between PJM and FERC staff, administrative law judges and other federal stakeholders. Prepares and supervises staff attorneys in preparation of filings with FERC and state regulatory agencies. Oversees administrative litigation, and supports civil litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution. P
