Do\nPerformance & Social Creatives: Design high-converting ad sets (Meta/Google Display), social carousels, banners, and digital marketing assets that stop the scroll.\nBrand & Identity: Develop and expand cohesive brand identities, visual guidelines, packaging, presentation decks, and marketing collaterals.\nPrint & Production: Prepare print-ready, high-resolution artwork (bleed, trim, CMYK standards, vector packaging, large-format event branding).\nCreative Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team and leadership to ideate campaigns, concept iterations, and visual storytelling strategies.\nFile & Asset Hygiene: Maintain structured design files, organized component libraries, and scalable design assets.\n\nQualifications\nStrong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create clear, engaging visual content.\nAbility to contribute to Logo Design and Branding, supporting consistent visual identities across channels.\nKnowledge of Typography, including font selection, hierarchy, and readability in digital and print layouts.\nProficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma or similar software).\nPortfolio demonstrating creative work, attention to detail, and understanding of visual communication principles.\nCurrently pursuing or recently completed studies in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.\nStrong collaboration and communication skills, with openness to feedback and iterative design processes.\nAbility to work on-site in Pune Division and manage multiple tasks within
