Ensure technical information gaps are addressed and deliverables are provided to the customer on-time.\nFacilitate customer information flow with respect to financial, delivery, and quality issues, as well as any purchasing initiated information requests that affect customer satisfaction.\nRepresent AEES/PKC in quality-related meetings at the customer location.\nParticipate in periodic meetings with the manufacturing, quality and engineering teams on program status and/or quality performance.\nProvide information and support for the process to manage current and future sales negotiation of program target setting, objective setting, and final price settlements to meet business objectives.\nYour profile.\nEducation and Experience:\nBachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or equivalent experience in related field.\nMinimum of five years experience with account/project management.\nMinimum 5 years people leadership experience.\nPrefer eight years of electrical distribution experience.\nPrefer eight years of automotive EDS experience.\nPrefer previous role with key OEM/Tier 1 in CV or SPG.\nSkill/ knowledge requirements:\nPrint and Schematic Knowledge\nMust be able to complete tasks in Desk Top Publishing\nPrint Generation\nFamiliarity with EDS engineering, CAD, and print management\nMust be proficient with Microsoft Office and have advanced-level skills with Excel\nAble to work independently as well as in a team environment\nExcellent written, oral and group presentation skills\nAble to manage stressful situations and deadline pressures\nProject Management - Plans and executes responsibilities with minimal direction\nDesign Change Control\nSystems Knowledge\nWorking Conditions:\nMust be able to travel up to 25% of the time, both domestically and internationally, on occasion with short or no notice.\nMedium physical activity -
