Na co dzień będziesz:

  • Samodzielnie prowadzić projekty MLOps end-to-end - od analizy potrzeb, przez projekt architektury, po wdrożenie i utrzymanie.

  • Ściśle współpracować z Biznesem, aby właściwie rozumieć potrzeby, priorytety oraz mierzalne cele projektów AI/ML.

  • Projektować i implementować rozwiązania wykorzystujące modele ML i LLM zgodnie z najlepszymi praktykami MLOps/LLMOps.

  • Utrzymywać i rozwijać środowiska produkcyjne działające w Kubernetes i Google Cloud Platform.

  • Diagnozować problemy techniczne oraz zapewniać stabilność i niezawodność wdrożonych aplikacji.

  • Współpracować z zespołami Data Science, Architektury, Security i DevOps, dbając o spójność całego rozwiązania.

  • Tworzyć i optymalizować procesy MLOps, w tym CI/CD, monitoring modeli, automatyzację pipeline'ów oraz governance.

  • Rekomendować nowe technologie, rozwiązania platformowe i usprawnienia procesów.

Wymagania

  • Python (projektowanie i nadzór nad rozwiązaniami ML/LLM)

  • Kubernetes (architektura + praktyka wdrożeniowa)

  • Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

  • Machine Learning / LLM - zrozumienie architektury i integracji

  • Linux (Debian / RHEL) - biegłość operacyjna

  • Leadership techniczny - prowadzenie zespołu, code review, mentoring

  • Samodzielne prowadzenie projektu - odpowiedzialność E2E

  • Rozwiązywanie problemów i podejmowanie decyzji technicznych
