You communicate proactively, not reactively, and your clients always know where things stand. You can direct a team, manage competing priorities, and spot a risk before it becomes a problem. You are comfortable working across multiple functions at once - Launch Tech, MLS, Import, Design - without losing the thread on any of them. You are organized, detail-obsessed, and calm under pressure. And when a process isn't working, you don't just flag it - you fix it.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn the client experience throughout onboarding, serving as the primary point of contact and maintaining proactive, timely communication at every stage - including the initial intro call and regular progress updates\nConsistently meet core onboarding KPIs, including a 14 to 21 day launch timeline, 90%+ client satisfaction (CSAT), and error-free launches\nOwn and maintain the client's Arrows onboarding plan, keeping every phase, task, and internal milestone accurate and current from kickoff through go-live\nDirect the Launch Technician's daily workload, adjusting priorities as needed, and inspect their QA process to ensure accurate, on-time delivery\nManage the full contact data import process, from gathering client files and business information through data cleanup, Import team coordination, and client review\nComplete compliance requirements on the client's behalf in a timely manner\nCoordinate MLS approval and website or design requests, translating requirements into clear client-facing guidance and ensuring the final product meets quality expectations\nIdentify at-risk accounts early and proactively implement solutions based on client feedback to reduce churn and keep onboarding on track\nPartner with the leadership team to build and maintain process and training documentation, and to identify and implement improvements that enhance the customer experience\nOther duties as assigned\nWhat You Bring\nExperience in project management, client onboarding, implementation, or customer success, ideally within a SaaS or real estate technology environment\nWorking knowledge of CRM platforms with the ability to learn new software tools quickly\nExperience managing multiple client accounts or projects simultaneously against defined timelines\nWell-developed verbal and written communication skills with a professional, client-first tone\nStrong organizational skills, effective multitasking ability, and the capacity to prioritize workload based on urgency\nStrong ability to identify patterns across accounts and apply sound judgment to adapt quickly to changing client needs\nComfort working across cross-functional teams - including Launch Tech, MLS, Import, and Design - to keep projects moving\nSalary Range: $60,000-$70,000/year depending on experience\nWhy PLACE\nWe believe people do their best work when they're trusted, supported, and surrounded by others who are equally driven.
