If you thrive in complexity, entrepreneurial problem-solving, and believe in scaling through tech and AI, this is your PLACE.\nWhat You’re Great At:\nYou are a web designer who loves building real websites for real customers. You have 2 to 5 years of web design or front end development experience and a strong portfolio of sites you’ve built or customized, ideally inside website builders, CMS platforms, or similar systems. You know HTML and CSS well, you’re comfortable editing and troubleshooting JavaScript, and you have a strong grasp of responsive design.\nYou solve practical design problems quickly and keep your attention to detail even when you’re moving fast. You’re also curious about how to work smarter: you already use AI tools like Claude Code, ChatGPT, or similar assistants to speed up development, troubleshoot issues, and improve your workflow, and you keep refining how you use them.\nBonus points if you have experience building websites for real estate professionals, working with proprietary or template-based website builders, or working in a high-volume production environment.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nDesign and implement real estate websites for agents and teams using the Brivity website platform\nCustomize templates and page layouts to fit each agent’s brand\nEnsure websites are responsive and perform well across devices\nExecute website builds based on project specifications from Web Design PMs\nImplement requested revisions and improvements\nHelp troubleshoot customer website issues alongside the Support team\nCustomize websites with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, improving layout behavior, styling, and interactive elements\nTroubleshoot front end issues and implement fixes\nUse AI coding tools like Claude Code to generate and refine code, and continuously improve your workflow with modern tools\nBuild and update websites for multiple customers each week while following established design and development standards\nSalary: $60,000-$75,000/year, depending on experience\nWhy PLACE:\nWe believe people do their best work when they’re trusted, supported, and surrounded by others who are equally driven.
