kitchen equipment layouts, installation drawings, shop drawings, and coordinated BIM models.\nCoordinate with architects, MEP consultants, structural engineers, interior designers, and project teams to resolve design clashes and ensure seamless integration.\nProduce equipment schedules, legends, material take-offs, and technical documentation.\nReview project specifications, drawings, and client requirements to ensure compliance.\nParticipate in BIM coordination meetings and perform clash detection using Navisworks or similar software.\nEnsure BIM models comply with company standards, BIM execution plans (BEP), and project requirements.\nSupport procurement and project execution teams by providing accurate technical information and coordinated drawings.\nAssist in design development, value engineering, and technical problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle.\nCoordinate with kitchen equipment suppliers and manufacturers to incorporate accurate product information into BIM models.\nMaintain document control and revision management throughout project execution.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Architectural Engineering, BIM, or a related discipline.\n3-7 years of BIM experience, with proven exposure to commercial kitchen equipment projects.\nStrong knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment, food service planning, and hospitality projects.\nProficiency in Autodesk Revit is essential.\nExperience with AutoCAD and Navisworks for coordination and clash detection.\nFamiliarity with BIM Level of Development (LOD) standards and BIM workflows.\nAbility to interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.\nKnowledge of international commercial kitchen design standards is an advantage.\nStrong attention to detail, coordination skills, and ability to work under
