inventory discrepancies and variances.\nWork closely with purchasing, warehouse, logistics, sales, and retail teams to ensure smooth stock flow.\nAnalyze historical sales and inventory data to support replenishment and purchasing decisions.\nEnsure stores receive the right products and quantities based on demand and sales performance.\nMonitor inventory turnover, stock availability, shrinkage, and other key inventory KPIs.\nIdentify opportunities to improve stock accuracy, reduce losses, and optimize working capital.\nPrepare regular inventory reports and provide management with insights and recommendations.\nEnsure compliance with company inventory procedures and internal controls.\nSupport inventory planning for new store openings, promotions, seasonal demand, and product launches.\nManage and develop inventory/stock control teams where applicable.\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.\n5+ years of experience in inventory management, preferably within retail.\nStrong understanding of retail inventory processes, stock replenishment, and warehouse operations.\nExperience working with ERP, POS, and inventory management systems.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nAdvanced Excel skills and the ability to analyze large volumes of inventory data.\nStrong understanding of inventory KPIs and stock control methodologies.\nExcellent organizational and communication skills.\nAbility to work with multiple departments and manage competing priorities.\nStrong attention to detail and
