The role combines commercial execution, marketing coordination, and retail operations to ensure consistent brand performance across distributor and retail networks.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport the commercial and marketing strategy for a portfolio of 8 international brands across the UAE and KSA.\nCoordinate closely with internal Commercial, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure successful execution of brand initiatives.\nPlan, execute, and monitor seasonal sales campaigns, promotional activities, and product launches.\nManage relationships with distributors across the GCC to ensure alignment with brand objectives and sales targets.\nCoordinate collection deployment, product launches, and inventory allocation across retail channels.\nMonitor sell-through performance and recommend liquidation strategies for slow-moving inventory.\nDevelop and implement sales incentive programs in collaboration with distributors and commercial teams.\nConduct regular store visits to monitor execution, Visual Merchandising (VM), stock levels, and overall brand presentation.\nWork closely with retail partners and companies operating the stores to ensure compliance with brand standards and commercial objectives.\nAnalyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.\nPrepare periodic reports and provide recommendations to improve brand performance.\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.\n3-5 years of experience in Brand Management, Trade Marketing, Category Management, or a similar commercial marketing role.\nExperience in retail, fashion, lifestyle, FMCG, or consumer brands is highly preferred.\nStrong understanding of retail operations, Visual Merchandising, and distributor management.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nStrong analytical and organizational abilities.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.\nWillingness to travel within the GCC as
