This position requires excellent organizational skills, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nPrepare professional sales proposals, presentations, and client documentation.\nCreate, maintain, and update prospect databases and CRM records.\nConduct market research and prospecting to identify potential clients and business opportunities.\nCoordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations, product information, and lead times.\nPrepare and compare quotations for client submissions.\nAssist the sales team with follow-ups, scheduling meetings, and tracking opportunities.\nSupport tender submissions and ensure all required documentation is complete.\nCoordinate marketing activities, including email campaigns, social media content, brochures, and promotional materials.\nContribute creative ideas for marketing campaigns and business development initiatives.\nMaintain organized records of proposals, quotations, and project documentation.\nLiaise with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of information required for sales activities.\nGenerate sales reports and monitor pipeline progress.\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.\n2-5 years of experience in a Sales Coordinator, Sales Support, or Business Development support role.\nStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
