talent in a fast-paced environment.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nManage day-to-day relationships with influencers, content creators, and celebrities represented by the agency.\nReceive and manage inbound requests from brands, agencies, event organizers, and other partners.\nIdentify and secure outbound commercial opportunities, including brand collaborations, events, campaigns, appearances, and partnerships.\nNegotiate opportunities and coordinate with clients and talent to ensure successful execution.\nAdvise talent on content strategy, social media trends, audience growth, and ways to strengthen their personal brand.\nStay up to date with emerging platforms, content formats, trends, and developments within the influencer and entertainment industry.\nMonitor talent performance, engagement, audience growth, and overall development.\nBuild strong, long-term relationships with talent and understand their individual goals and positioning.\nProactively identify new opportunities that are relevant to each talent's audience and profile.\nSupport the agency's growth by identifying, approaching, and signing new influencers and creators.\nSource promising new talent and assess their suitability for the agency's roster.\nDevelop and maintain relationships with brands, agencies, event organizers, PR companies, and other industry contacts.\nCoordinate campaigns from initial brief through to completion, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and expectations are met.\nRepresent the interests of talent while also ensuring commercial objectives of the agency and clients are achieved.\nHandle multiple talents, campaigns, and opportunities simultaneously while maintaining a high level of organization and communication.\n\nRequirements\n3+ years of experience in talent management, influencer marketing, entertainment, social media, PR, partnerships, or a related field.\nExisting relationships within the influencer, celebrity, media, brand, or events ecosystem are highly preferred.\nStrong understanding of social media platforms, influencer marketing, and content trends.\nExcellent communication and relationship-building skills.\nCommercially minded with strong negotiation and business development abilities.\nConfident dealing with influencers, celebrities, brands, and senior stakeholders.\nStrong organizational and multitasking skills.\nProactive, energetic, and comfortable working independently.\nStrong understanding of what makes content engaging and how creators can grow their audiences.\nComfortable working in a fast-paced and constantly changing
