You’ll work in a fast paced factory making products for a leading UK brand. You will be responsible for the manufacture of cake based, chocolate enrobed products on a continuous operation.\nWhat will be your key deliverables?\nCarry out all pre-start checks. \nCarry out product quality evaluations throughout the shift. \nUnderstand equipment and machinery set up. \nBe able to work in a cross-functional working environment. \nEnsure changeovers are completed to procedure. \nEnsure all documentation is filled in correctly and to the right standard. \nShift handovers are completed in area and to agreed agenda \nTrain peers and new operatives in equipment use and procedures when required. \nUndertake basic problem diagnosis and maintenance \nCommunicate directly with relevant person to resolve any issues \nControl and operate a variety of processes and equipment. \nEnsure the efficient operation of process equipment whilst carrying out quality inspections. \nMaximise plant efficiency whilst minimising waste. \nEnsure housekeeping and hygiene standards are maintained to the highest of levels. \nWorking to the highest standards of GMP. \nSupporting the business with the generation of any improvement Initiatives. \nGood opportunities for progression \nBring your experience\nEssential\nCan work well with others and be open to learning and change\nWe’re looking for people who can work flexibly and adapt to change.
