This is your opportunity to join pladis / Verkade and contribute to our mission to bring Happiness with every bite.\n\nThe position entails\n As Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator, you will ensure seamless end-to-end order fulfilment - from order intake through delivery and invoicing. You act as the central link between our customers, 3PL warehouse, transport partners, and internal teams such as MKT, Sales, Finance, and Planning.\nYou play a key role in optimizing the logistics network, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring best-in-class customer satisfaction. This position uniquely combines operational logistics with customer service, offering strong development opportunities across the supply chain function.\nYou will report to the Customer Service & Logistics Manager for the region and collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial, Finance, Demand Planning, Procurement, our factories, and broader European logistics teams.\nYour main responsibilities\n1. Order & Customer Management\nHandle accurate order entry, on-time deliveries, and correct invoicing\nContribute to the order optimization to reduce picking and increase drop size\nCommunicate proactively with customers and internal stakeholders\nAct as a trusted partner for customers by providing value-added support and solutions\nManage complaints, claims, export files, and documentation\nSupport customer meetings with operational insights\nSupport CS&L manager to close the month\n2. Logistics Operations Management\nAct as daily contact for 3PL and carriers and ensure service level performance\nCoordinate inbound and outbound flows, slot bookings, and transport exceptions\nSupport operational meetings and international transport flows\nSupport the business to launch NPDs\nValidate logistics invoices\nHelp standardize processes and improve data/reporting flows\n3. Inventory & Cost Control\nManage inventory processes and support stock accuracy\nMonitor 3PL cost performance, KPIs, and distribution profiles\nIdentify process and cost improvements\n4.
