Movespallets ofcandyandsuppliestoproperareasfor packinglinetorunproduction.
ESSENTIALDUTIES ANDRESPONSIBILITIESINCLUDETHEFOLLOWING.OTHERDUTIESMAYBEASSIGNED.
- Supply031 pallets of candyandsuppliestopackaginglinetokeeplinerunningefficiently.
- Notifyleaderofpotentialproblemstopreventdowntime.
- Communicatewithsetupforplacementofskids,andpossiblechangeover.
Order andrecordsupplies,communicatetheiravailability,andverifycorrectMOAandquantityreceived.
Record031product lot codes on BOM for traceability purposes and verify products are within shelf life of 180 days
Recordquantityofexcesscandy, supplies,andreturntoproperstorageareas.
ADDITIONAL DUTIES:
- Weighandrecord“Animal Feed/Compost”scrap.
- Recordreturntovendor supplies.
- Checklineforproductfulfillmentandhelplocateproductsasrequired.
- Wrapcompletedpalletsofproduct,verifyandplaceproductionticketonpallet,andtransportpalletfrompalletliftto distributionpickuparea.
- Followallstandardoperatingprocedures(SOP).
- Train newemployeesasrequired.
- Complywithallsafetypolicies,reportsafetyviolations,andattendsafetymeetings.
- Report problems regardingfood safety to supervisor or manager.
- Maintainhomedepartmentinacleanandorderlymanner.
- Performotherrelatedworkdutiesasrequestedbyleader/ supervisor, including performing Material Handler duties for Wrappers and Thurlingsarea when needed.
- Requiredtoworkuntilendofproductionshiftdaily.

Abilitytoaddandsubtractthreeor moredigitnumbersandtomultiplyanddividewith 10’sand100’s.Ability toperformtheseoperations usingunits ofAmericanmoney and weightmeasurement,volume,anddistance.

Ability toapply commonsenseunderstandingto carry out detailedwrittenandoralinstructions.Abilitytodealwith problems involvingmanyconcretevariablesinstandardizedsituations.
