If that is your thing, then pladis offers global ambition, a clear Vision and roadmap for success, challenge, and unrivalled opportunities to learn and make an impact\nClick “Apply” to get started.\nKey Responsibilities\nOperate and support LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi and site connectivity across MENAI, with strong hands-on exposure to Aruba / HPE environments.\nOwn the reliability and standardization of AV and meeting room infrastructure, supporting Microsoft Teams Rooms and executive meetings.\nSupport server and data center infrastructure (physical and virtual), including lifecycle activities, upgrades, and basic DR support.\nProvide operational support and exposure to cloud infrastructure (AWS & Microsoft Azure), working with global platform and cloud teams.\nEnsure infrastructure services comply with security, access control, patching, and vulnerability management requirements.\nAct as Level 2/3 escalation for infrastructure incidents, driving RCA and permanent fixes.\nManage incidents, problems, and changes using ServiceNow, ensuring SLA adherence and clear documentation.\nCoordinate with vendors, telecoms, and global IT teams to deliver stable, cost-effective services across all MENAI countries.\npladis is an Equal Opportunity Employer, committed to hiring a diverse workforce.
