And also need to be proactive with a positive attitude and committed to keeping high production standards while working as part of a busy team\nWhat will be your key deliverables?\nManually pack products within specifications (includes bending, lifting, stretching) \nVisually check for foreign matter / hazards \nEnsure quality of biscuits being packed is within product specifications \nEnsure adherence to all quality and safety standards. \nWork to a high standard, enabling plants to achieve planned output. \n Report any problems to Packing Supervisor \nEnsure housekeeping and hygiene standards are maintained. \nSupport the Supervisors in the introduction and support of any improvement initiatives. \n Provide a co-ordinated link with all production processes on the line. \nMinimise Waste and re-cycle all product effectively \nBring your experience\nEssential\n Basic numerical and literacy knowledge \nManual dexterity \nBasic communication skills \nBasic problem recognition \nPrevious knowledge of manufacturing environment \nExcellent team working skills \nWhat does the recruitment process consist of?\nAssessments Workplace English assessment.
