Je monitort continue de kwaliteit en veiligheid van het productieproces en grijpt in wanneer nodig. Daarnaast draag je bij aan het effectiever en/of efficiënter maken van het productieproces door het aandragen van verbeteringen.\nJouw belangrijkste taken\nBedienen, ombouwen en afstellen van meerdere eenvoudige of een complexe machine installatie(s);\nBedienen van besturingssystemen volgens geldende standaarden\nMonitoren van procesparameters via controlesystemen en door waarneming van een deel van het productieproces;\nUitvoeren van (kritische) procescontroles, deze registreren in het systeem, signaleren van afwijkingen en maatregelen nemen;\nControleren en indien nodig aanvullen van hulpmiddelen en verbruiksmaterialen;\nZorgdragen voor een schone, veilige, ordelijke en hygiënische voedselveilige werkomgeving;\nToepassen van voorraadbeheer van de benodigde materialen en grondstoffen in een deel van de bakkerij volgens FIFO-principe;\nControleren en registreren van de hoeveelheid en het gebruik van materialen en grondstoffen;\nVisuele inspectie van de producten op de vastgestelde kwaliteitseisen.\nWie jij bent\nMBO 3 niveau.\nKennis van grondstoffen, deegbereiding en meerdere eenvoudige machine installaties in de deegmakerij (enkele complexe PVB’s voor deegmakerij)\nKennis van MES-systeem (user niveau).\nBediening (elektrische) palletwagen.\nJouw inzet levert de volgende beloning op\nEen uitdagende baan die elke dag anders is! Dat beloven we. Je krijgt veel vrijheid in de uitvoering van de functie. Uiteraard sta je er niet alleen voor, als onderdeel van een divers team heb je regelmatig contact met andere afdelingen en collega’s. Daarnaast is er volop ruimte voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling en ontvang je een goed salaris met daarbij nog 20% ploegentoeslag op basis van het 3-ploegenrooster conform de CAO Zoetwaren. Je kunt gebruik maken van onze interne faciliteiten, denk aan een bedrijfsrestaurant en onze eigen personeelswinkel.\nArbeidsovereenkomst voor bepaalde tijd (12 maanden) met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband.\nEen bruto maandsalaris tussen € 3.000 en € 3.599 exclusief ploegentoeslag, afhankelijk van ervaring.
