If that is your thing, then pladis offers global ambition, a clear Vision and roadmap for success, challenge, and unrivalled opportunities to learn and make an impact\nClick “Apply” to get started.\nPURPOSE:\nSchedule employees in all production departments according to daily production schedules.\n KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND DELIVERABLES:\nPerform employee crewing of the Production and Packaging lines 24 hours in advance\n\nCorrespond with Temporary Employment onsite Manager regarding scheduling of temporary employees. Prior to the end of the employee’s shift\n\nPost the crewing sheets in the designated locations\n\nBefore the start of a production, check the Employee call line for any report offs\n\nMake adjustments to the schedule to accommodate for any shortages\n\nCommunicate the new crewing requirements to the Supervisors and Line Leads\n\nMaintain attendance records, vacations, floaters, and personal days.\n\nDiscuss scheduling problems with planning & scheduling dept., supervisors, and leaders.\n\nEnter/Transfer “Hold” product into ERP system.\n\nEnter Production, discards and usage variances into ERP system\n\nEnter Product lot information into Access data base\n\nOrganize and scan Production and HACCP/OCP documentation\n\nMaintain records for supervisors, to help them do their daily production reports: Downtime entry, efficiency report and nonstandard return program\n\nFollow all standard operating procedures (SOP).\n\nTrain new employees as required.\n\nMaintain home department in a clean and orderly manner.\n\nComply with all safety policies, report safety violations, and attend safety meetings.\n\nReport problems regarding food safety to supervisor or manager.\n\nPerform other related work duties as requested by supervisor.\n\nSKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each duty satisfactorily.
