This is a great opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, supportive environment where your contribution really matters.\nYour main responsibility is to receive, pick and load finished products in the Warehouse. You will receive two weeks of training on all Manual Handling Equipment (MHE) to help you succeed in the role.\nWe will provide you with protective clothing and relevant equipment during your induction which must be worn at all times. After your six month probationary period we will provide you with a smart uniform.\nWhat will be your key deliverables?\n2 weeks training when you join - FLT / Counterbalance/ VNA / PPT\nReport all accidents and near misses.\nOffloading finished goods and packaging into the Warehouse\nLoading finished goods onto trailers\nPicking product from pick-face\nUse of an FLT/Counterbalance/PPT/VNA\nAccurate receipt of stock and inputting into WMS system.\nMaximise Warehouse efficiency whilst minimising waste.\nHelp keep the Warehouse running smoothly by checking product quality and making sure the work area stays safe.\nEnsure housekeeping and hygiene standards are maintained to the highest of levels.\nSupporting the business with the generation of any improvement Initiatives.\nBring your experience\nEssential\nHave experience working with Counterbalance and PPT.\nHave an understanding of good manufacturing practices, HACCP and safety at work procedures.\nOpen to learning and adapting to change\nBe able to multi-task and have the drive and tenacity to work under your own initiative\nMaintain high standards of Hygiene and Housekeeping.\nAdditional ad-hoc duties as and when required.\nDesirable\nHave an in-date Counterbalance and PPT license (All training will be provided.)\nWhat does the recruitment process consist of?\nAssessments - Swift Comprehensive Aptitude and a Workplace English assessment.
