You will own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to close, develop hiring strategies, and lead first-in-kind searches, all while delivering an excellent candidate experience. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role as our European presence expands. We're just getting started.\nWhat you'll do\nLead full-cycle recruiting for Plaid's European business teams, including Sales, Growth, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and People roles, from sourcing to close.\n\nPartner closely with hiring managers in Europe and the US to scale teams in the region.\n\nWork with our existing team to build localized processes and implement best practices for hiring top talent.\n\nAct as a talent consultant to hiring managers, advising on market conditions, hiring strategy, and fair, consistent interviewing.\n\nHelp us improve and scale a clear, respectful, and inclusive candidate experience for people from all backgrounds.\n\nUse data to identify gaps in the funnel and recommend improvements, including which candidate communities we are reaching and which we are missing.\n\nWhat excites us\n5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, in-house or agency.\n\nExperience in a fast-growing, changing environment, ideally building or improving recruiting processes.\n\nA candidate-first approach that balances speed, quality, and experience.\n\nClear, effective communication with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.\n\nOwnership, discretion with confidential information, and attention to detail.\n\nNice to have\nExperience hiring across multiple European markets.\n\nFamiliarity with fintech or financial services.\n\nOur mission at Plaid is to unlock financial freedom for everyone.
