Plaid’s Corporate Finance team leads company-wide financial planning, forecasting, and reporting, delivering strategic insights to internal and external stakeholders. We align financial goals with business objectives to support informed decision-making at the senior leadership and executive levels.
What excites us:
3+ years of relevant FP&A experience, ideally in Corporate Finance, G&A support, or a broader FP&A role.
An “act like an owner” mindset: you take initiative, follow through on commitments, and ask for guidance when needed. You’re eager to learn and take on more responsibility.
A solid foundation in core FP&A activities, including month-end close, reporting, variance analysis, and forecasting, with exposure to annual planning and a working knowledge of accounting principles.
Strong analytical skills and experience building or maintaining financial models. You care about accuracy and enjoy understanding the business drivers behind the numbers.
Clear communication and a collaborative approach, with the ability to explain findings, ask thoughtful questions, and build relationships with business partners.
Curiosity about AI, automation, and process improvements, with an interest in developing systems skills. Familiarity with Pigment, Adaptive, Anaplan, or similar FP&A tools is a plus.
