escalations.\nAnalyze activity across endpoint, identity, network, cloud, and SIEM platforms to determine scope, impact, and response actions.\nDesign, build, and improve detection rules, correlation logic, and investigation queries.\nDevelop security automations, integrations, and SOAR playbooks to streamline operational workflows.\nCollaborate with security architects and engineers to implement AI-assisted and agentic security capabilities.\nIdentify opportunities to apply AI for investigation support, enrichment, evidence summarization, and response recommendations.\nAct as a technical reference for L1 and L2 analysts, improving escalations, procedures, and operational maturity.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing alert fatigue, increasing detection quality, and improving response efficiency.\nRequirements\n 6+ years of experience in Security Operations (SOC) with solid experience managing L3 investigations or advanced escalations.\nStrong background in Incident Response, Threat Hunting, Detection Engineering, and Security Operations.\nExperience investigating threats across endpoint, identity, network, and cloud environments.\nHands-on experience with SIEM and EDR/XDR technologies.\nStrong query skills using KQL, SPL, or similar languages.\nExperience with Microsoft Sentinel, Microsoft Defender XDR, or equivalent security platforms.\nScripting and automation experience with Python, PowerShell, APIs, or SOAR technologies.\nInterest in applying AI and Agentic Security concepts to real-world operations.\nAbility to own initiatives from idea to implementation and collaborate across technical teams.\nFluent Spanish and English.\nNice to have:\nExperience with AWS security services.\nHands-on experience with Torq, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, or similar automation platforms.\nSecurity Copilot exposure.\nExperience in MDR/MSSP environments.\nExposure to AI-assisted investigations, LLMs, agents, or orchestration
