As part of our newly established consulting unit, you will have the unique opportunity to shape the foundation of a growing advisory practice with the creative freedom and start-up mentality of a young business, while benefiting from the backing of a fast-growing, established tech company.\nAs a Digital Strategist within Impact Studios, you will help organisations identify, design and launch AI-powered products, services and transformation initiatives that generate measurable business value.\nYou will work at the intersection of business, technology and innovation, partnering with clients and Plain Concepts experts to transform opportunities into scalable solutions.\nBeyond project delivery, you will contribute to the creation of reusable frameworks, innovation assets and methodologies that accelerate Impact Studios' growth.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDigital Execution & Project Delivery\nSupport clients in identifying opportunities where AI, data and technology can create business impact.\nContribute to the design and validation of new digital products, services and business models.\nParticipate in discovery, market research, opportunity assessment and business case creation.\nSupport AI adoption and digital transformation initiatives from strategy through execution.\nDelivery & Execution\nWork closely with engineering, AI, cloud and data teams to ensure successful implementation.\nTranslate business challenges into clear requirements, user journeys and solution concepts.\nMonitor project KPIs, adoption metrics and business outcomes.\nEnsure alignment between strategic objectives and delivery execution\nAI & Emerging Technologies\nStay informed about AI, GenAI, Agentic AI, automation and cloud trends.\nSupport the design of AI-powered use cases and solution roadmaps.\nContribute to experimentation and proof-of-concept initiatives.\nStudio Growth\nContribute to internal methodologies, frameworks and reusable assets.\nSupport proposal creation, client presentations and thought leadership initiatives.\nParticipate in innovation workshops and business development activities.\nRequirements\n2-4 years of experience in digital transformation, consulting, product, innovation or technology projects.\nExperience collaborating with software development teams.\nUnderstanding of AI, cloud and data concepts.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.\nExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills.\nFluent English and Spanish.\nNice to Have\nExperience with GenAI solutions and Microsoft AI ecosystem.\nKnowledge of Design Thinking, Lean Startup or Product Discovery methodologies.\nExperience with Power Platform, Copilot Studio or automation tools.\nExposure to business case development and innovation projects.\nSuccess Indicators.
