Day to Day Tasks:

Συγκριτική ανάλυση και αξιολόγηση των προσφορών των προμηθευτών της εταιρείας

Διαχείριση της διαδικασίας έγκρισης δαπανών σε συνεργασία με την CFO της εταιρείας

Παρακολούθηση και διαχείριση του αποθέματος αναλώσιμων

Παρακολούθηση και σύνταξη αναφορών δαπανών

Προϋποθέσεις:

Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ / ΤΕΙ / ΙΕΚ

Ιδιαίτερη προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια και άριστες αναλυτικές και αριθμητικές δεξιότητες

Άριστη ικανότητα συνεργασίας και ομαδικού πνεύματος, με δυνατότητα αυτόνομης εργασίας καθώς και αποτελεσματικής απόδοσης υπό πίεση

Πολύ καλή γνώση MS Office. Η γνώση συστημάτων ERP, όπως το SAP, θα θεωρηθεί επιπλέον προσόν
