Du brennst für Vertrieb, kennst die Energiemärkte und willst die Energiewelt nicht nur mitverfolgen, sondern aktiv mitgestalten?

Als Vertriebsleiter Strom (m/w/d) übernimmst du Verantwortung für unser Wachstum im Stromsegment - mit viel Gestaltungsspielraum, direktem Einfluss und echtem Impact.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Aufbau und Steuerung unseres Stromvertriebs (B2B & B2C)
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von smarten Vertriebsstrategien
  • Identifikation und Aufbau neuer Vertriebskanäle & Partnerschaften
  • KPI-getriebene Steuerung & Optimierung unserer Sales-Prozesse
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Product, Marketing & Geschäftsführung auf Augenhöhe
  • Impulsgeber für Digitalisierung & Innovation im Energievertrieb

Dein Profil

  • Erfahrung im Vertrieb
  • Unternehmerisches Denken & analytischer Scharfsinn
  • Du sprichst Vertrieb - aber auch Strategie, Tech und Team
  • Du arbeitest schnell, strukturiert, lösungsorientiert
  • Du willst nicht nur verkaufen, sondern etwas bewegen
  • Deutsch fließend, Englisch nice to have
