This is an opportunity to work at the forefront of humanitarian action, collaborating with local government units, consortium partners, and communities to strengthen resilience and ensure timely, quality humanitarian assistance reaches those who need it most.\nWhat You'll Do\nProvide overall leadership and direction for project implementation across the target areas in BARMM.\nCoordinate with consortium partners, government agencies, and local stakeholders to achieve project goals.\nMonitor project progress, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and quality delivery of activities.\nBuild strong partnerships and represent the organization in humanitarian and DRRM coordination platforms.\nIdentify challenges, risks, and opportunities, and lead adaptive solutions to keep the project on track.\nPrepare and submit project reports, updates, and documentation in line with donor and consortium requirements.\nSupervise and support project staff, fostering collaboration, accountability, and high performance.\nWho We're Looking For\nBachelor's degree in Disaster Risk Management, Social Sciences, Community Development, Urban Planning, or a related field\nAt least 3 years of project management experience in humanitarian, disaster-prone, conflict-affected, or high-risk settings\nExperience in DRRM, emergency preparedness and response, recovery, resilience building, or humanitarian programming\nStrong skills in stakeholder engagement, budget management, team leadership, and report writing\nExperience working in Mindanao, particularly BARMM, is highly desirable.\nWhy Join Us?\nYou'll play a key role in helping vulnerable communities prepare for, respond to, and recover from crises while working alongside respected humanitarian and development partners.
