This position will be a part of initiatives across several business units to modernize engineering systems, data, processes, and connections. The role will focus on Bluestar PLM implementation, change management, communication, training, and adoption across all business units.\nThis role will work in the IT Enterprise Applications team and work closely with business stakeholders, and external partners to design, implement, support, and continuously improve solutions that drive operational efficiency, process automation, data visibility, and digital transformation initiatives.\nResponsibilities\nPartner with Senior leaders, system administrators, project leads, architects, and business general managers to ensure changes integrate smoothly within the wider technology landscape.\nAlign leadership on the implementation roadmap, balancing delivery against capacity to absorb change.\nEstablish governance structures, steering committees, and change review boards.\nMap all stakeholders across business units and develop targeted, role-specific communication plans for each function.\nApply configuration management practices to protect data integrity during migration, workflows, and manufacturing transitions.\nWork embedded in the IT department partnering with solution architects and engineers to evaluate downstream system impacts and define needs with adjacent platforms.\nDesign and deliver role-based adoption programs, change journeys, support materials, and messaging that translates technical details to business outcomes for every level.\nDefine adoption metrics and build dashboards with clear data/visuals.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related, graduate degree preferred.\n8+ years of transformation or change management experience, 3+ years with engineering systems preferred.\nProven success leading at least one enterprise-level system implementation with a PLM or ERP platform.\nKnowledge of configuration management in a manufacturing environment.\nFamiliarity with product lifecycle management platforms, including data migration and bill of materials management (BOM).\nUnderstanding of ERP systems integration practices.
