The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and maintaining our showroom presence in South Florida.\nDesire to educate customers on display technology, in a showroom, office, or job site location.\nIdentify & develop new business opportunities. This will be accomplished by reaching out to potential clients, attending industry events, and participating in networking opportunities.\nDrive business impact by conducting lead generation and innovative campaigns to attract customers.\nEnsuring all business development activities are coordinated and executed in a timely manner.\nGrow existing accounts clients by providing excellent customer service and offering new products and services.\nMaintain CRM for contact details and to support pipeline management.\nCollaborate with the sales team to create and implement sales strategies that align with company goals.\nWork closely with the marketing team to create marketing materials and promotional campaigns that promote our products and services.\nManage the showroom and ensure that it is presentable, stocked, and up to date with the latest AV technology.\nMeet corporate and sales objectives.\nPerform other related duties as assigned by management.\nRequirements\nWhat you'll bring:\nBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field\n2+ years of sales or business development experience required, preferably in the AV or other Technical Industry\nProfessional and consultative approach with strong interpersonal skills\nHigh energy, sense of urgency\nExcellent organizational and time management skills\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team\nFamiliarity with AV technology and industry trends\nProficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software\nBilingual English/Spanish highly preferred\nBenefits\nBenefits - All benefits start on first day of employment!\n 75% employer-paid medical for employee.
